After the fact posts are going to be albums I found well after they came out (let’s say somewhere between 2 months and 5 years ago, then it’ll go in my oldies section). Anyways, Escape Hatch came out August 26th, 2016 on Ocean Moon Records. It’s probably my sleeper album of the year for 2016 because I didn’t see anyone even acknowledge this album. Seahawks make music that was recorded under the ocean, blending tropical jazz sounds with elements of ambient and new age music. If interested, you can even check out their own WordPress site here. This album serves as excellent concentration and homework music and gets the official Mitchfork™ Stamp of Approval.
